Housing
I remember when I came to Sentience, one of the things I found here I didn't find in other games I'd played was that I could afford a house, and a halfway decent one. Since housing prices have gone way up, I have a suggestion to help attract like minded newbies - discount packages.
For example, buy a package with main room, 2 tags, a door, 1 mob and 5 other rooms, and give it a flat price that's affordable for new players who aren't getting help from their alt's churchies etc..
To avoid abuse on this idea, for truly new players only - not alts (to be checked by imm), valid only for first time buyers.
Also would be nice to have a couple modifiable prefab floorplans, like layout is provided and rooms suggested, player provides room descriptions etc. Again, to help entice newbies :)
